Service Description

I use a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy. This means that YOU will guide the direction of our sessions. You know the areas in your life that need healing and attention. Together, we will visit these areas and tend to them with compassion. I believe you have everything you need to heal and grow. I will journey with you and help you discover the power and love that already exists within you. I will listen empathetically and help you discover strategies and skills to help you respond to stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and/or grief and loss. I will utilize mindfulness-based strategies and teach you about the connections between thoughts, feelings, and actions through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These sessions are best suited to adults and teens.
