Look Within Wellness & Soulful Health and Wellness invite you to join us in weekly collaborative coaching sessions to explore and learn new strategies to regulate your nervous system, prevent burnout and reduce the impact of stress. Topics will include the impact of stress on our nervous system/physical health, stages of nervous system repair, ways to regulate your nervous system and strategies to deepen your self-practices. These small group coaching sessions will provide an intimate space to learn, reflect and integrate skills that have been taught. We look forward to having you join our group! Who should attend? Has stress begun to impact your health and happiness? Do you have difficulty finding ways to engage in meaningful self-care? Do you often feel frazzled and overwhelmed? Are you experiencing burn-out? If any of these resonate with you, we look forward to having you join our group. What to Expect: Weekly 60-minute group coaching sessions for 7 weeks. Engaging in discussions, activities, and exercises. Expert coaches with a background in mindfulness facilitation, health coaching, and psychotherapy. A supportive community of like-minded individuals. Holistic Stress Management: Gain insights into the underlying causes of your stress and learn how to manage it through mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and a nurturing lifestyle. Self-Discovery: Explore your personal values, beliefs, and passions, so you can align your life with what truly matters to you. Self-Love and Self-Care: Nurture self-compassion and self-love, discovering how to prioritize self-care without guilt or reservation.
